Kristy Wilson

Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher
Kristy started practicing yoga in 2005. A few years later, Kristy was diagnosed with a serious back injury. Through regular practice of Iyengar Yoga and Physiotherapy, she managed to successfully avoid surgery. Kristy began teaching in 2014, and soon after became a principle teacher along side Senior Teacher Tim Oddie at Geelong City Yoga. Under Tim's mentorship Kristy became a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, she also holds qualifications in Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga Therapy, Meditation and is a Level 2 registered teacher with Yoga Australia.
Kristy teaches both community and studio-based classes, teaching a number of weekly classes at Geelong Sports Medicine Centre. She hosts workshops, mini retreats, private sessions and also works with school groups and corporate clients. Her passion for learning ensures she regularly studies with senior teachers, both locally and internationally. Kristy's natural warmth and intuitive teaching style creates a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for all abilities.

Jenny Watson

Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher
Jenny has been practicing various types of yoga for over 20 years. Fifteen years ago, she was introduced to Iyengar Yoga, which she has practiced consistently ever since. Prior to her retirement she had a stressful occupation and suffered a major illness. The practice of Iyengar yoga enabled Jen to rebuild both mental and physical resilience and she now sees it as both a support in everyday life, and a path of lifelong learning.She qualified with an Introductory Course Level 2 teaching certification in 2017 under the guidance of Senior Teacher Shayna Ogden and the support and encouragement of Jo Angwin. She continues to develop her understanding through ongoing study and her personal practice. Jen is adaptive in her teaching style, allowing her to support students of all abilities and levels.
